Yvonne helped us find and purchase our first home. She was a tremendous help when we first approached her with a non-arms length transaction with my family house two years ago, which ended up being full of family drama. Yvonne stuck it out with us and was very resourceful and supportive, even after the plan fell through through no fault of Yvonne's. After some months, we got ourselves back into the market and Yvonne stepped right in as if no time had passed at all. She is a consummate professional but she made us feel like friends more than clients. Above all, she is on top of her game at all times. She does her research well and presented it to us quickly and clearly. When it came down to signing and gathering documents to close, she was prompt, but never pushy. She is very charming and somehow managed to get us a showing with a seller who was hard to get in with. She ended up negotiating a good deal with the sellers agent to get us seller's credit in closing fees. We love our first new home and are very happy with our decision to have Yvonne as our real estate agent. Without her, we definitely wouldn't have gotten such a beautiful home near a great school district for our growing family. We highly recommend Yvonne for any real estate needs. She is definitely our first call should we be in the market to buy or sell again in the future.
