I've known Yvonne since she helped us purchase our first home in 2015, so this is long overdue! We had the pleasure of working with Yvonne during the search of our new home. There is not enough positive feedback I can give about her and the help she provided in finding the perfect home for our family. Yvonne has a go-getter type of attitude and is very hardworking. She has a very approachable personality and so I felt I could text her at any time with questions I had and she was always prompt to reply or call me if she needed to give a more extensive explanation. She took us to see many houses and also set up our own personalized set of listings so we could check them out as they came to market. Once we found a house that we wanted she went to all extents to make sure we got it. She contacted the selling agent right away even though she had her own open house running and in doing that allowed us the best opportunity to place an offer before they had a second open house! She worked with our lender but also has a very experienced team behind her to allow a smooth outcome. She was very thorough when explaining the process and maintained great communication among the selling agent, the sellers, the lender and us. We had a very hard time getting the lenders to approve because of inspections and Yvonne jumped through hoops to get inspections cleared. This is why I say she went to great extents to get this deal to close. She was calling the inspector literally day after day to get him to squeeze us in and come clear inspections which were delaying the closing date to no fault of her own. It is a lengthy process but I'm so glad I had Yvonne as my agent to help me along the way. I could not recommend her enough!

Yvonne helped us find and purchase our first home. She was a tremendous help when we first approached her with a non-arms length transaction with my family house two years ago, which ended up being full of family drama. Yvonne stuck it out with us and was very resourceful and supportive, even after the plan fell through through no fault of Yvonne's. After some months, we got ourselves back into the market and Yvonne stepped right in as if no time had passed at all. She is a consummate professional but she made us feel like friends more than clients. Above all, she is on top of her game at all times.
